Mandrel Construction & Repairing

From project to roller, HUELLER has rich experience handling with it, including the mandrel. the mandrel was initiate from Ideas and Designs, which could be of classical structure, or the anti-deflection structure, or even special set one, based on engineering issue. The right material selection and thermo-treatment toward them are beginning of the Construction,  following by precise manufacturing and Checking, and later the Engineering tests which is so important to make full fulfilling on performance,  before the mission. Any damage happened to incoming rollers, already noticed or completely un-noticed by our customer, will be found and remarked according to routine check-in. and shall be repaired to recover its performance.
